For outdoor events, we monitor the forecast closely and will work with you to adjust or reschedule if severe weather threatens the event. We recommend having a backup plan for outdoor setups to ensure a smooth celebration regardless of weather conditions.
Deposits are generally non-refundable as they cover initial planning and reserved resources. For cancellations, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes or rescheduling based on availability.
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your date and allows us to begin planning. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.

We will work closely with you to select balloon colors and styles that perfectly complement your décor and theme. Samples or photos can be shared during the planning process for your approval.

To secure your preferred date and ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 4 to 6 months in advance. For larger or peak season events, earlier booking like 1 year in advance is encouraged.

We recently used Eaufetti for decorating for a program that serves families who have a child who has cancer. Heather was absolutely amazing... I shared a couple of ideas and she took it from there. I did not have to worry about a thing and the decorations were amazing!!!! One of the moms attending the program even cried when she walked into the room. At one point throughout the weekend, we had a couple of kids get a little too crazy with one of the displays and it was knocked down.... I emailed Heather and she immediately came over to fix it! We will definitely be using her again

Heather did an amazing job with the balloons for my daughter's golden birthday party! Her responsiveness was impressive and how quickly she was able to take my ramblings of ideas and smattering of Pinterest board ideas to full mock-ups took the stress completely out of the party planning. The extra balloon wand for her party was such an unexpected nice touch, too! Will definitely recommend and hire again for my next party!

This was very easy to work with to figure out what we wanted, what design we liked, and the set up was flawless. She even set up in the midst of a storm. The balloon arch colors and aesthetics were beautiful.
