It can be rented for a half day (9:00 AM–3:00 PM or 4:00–10:00 PM) for $165, or as a full day rental from 9:00 AM–10:00 PM for $330. Need just a few hours during the week? Take advantage of the weekday hourly rate (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM) at $30/hour (3-hour minimum). Early morning or late evening extension options are also available (7:30–9:00 AM or 10:00–11:30 PM) for $41.25. With natural light and versatile layout, this room is a great fit for both casual and formal events.

Sunny Room:

For those who need a little extra time, early morning or late evening extensions (7:30–9:00 AM or 10:00–11:30 PM) are available for $66. Weekday events can also take advantage of the hourly rate (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM) at $45/hour with a 3-hour minimum. With its large capacity and flexible layout, this room is ideal for creating a customized event experience with plenty of space for guests, activities, and decor.



Classroom:
Classroom – Seats up to 32 Guests
The Classroom is a great choice for smaller gatherings, trainings, workshops, or meetings that require a more focused, intimate setup. It can be reserved in a 6-hour block (9:00 AM–3:00 PM or 4:00–10:00 PM) for $99, or booked for a full day from 9:00 AM–10:00 PM for $198. For added flexibility, extension hours (7:30–9:00 AM or 10:00–11:30 PM) are available at just $24.75. Weekday bookings can take advantage of the hourly rental option (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM) at $20/hour with a 3-hour minimum. This room is perfect for smaller group needs while still offering access to the same amenities and convenience as the larger spaces.

If you’re bringing little ones, there’s a playground just outside the doors—a huge bonus for letting kids burn off some energy while the adults socialize.

Important to Note:
Because this venue does not allow tape or adhesive decorations, you’ll want to think creatively about how you style the space. Also, keep in mind that while you can rent the full space, the building is often split between groups. That means other events may be taking place in adjacent rooms or the hallway during your time slot, so a little background noise is possible.
